All in-person personal training will be held in Grand Prairie, TX. Gym membership not required.

Online Personal Training

Most popular sessions:

  • 8 sessions (2x a week): $300/mo

  • 12 sessions (3x a week): $400/mo

All online training will be held via Zoom.

  • I encourage you to please have resistance bands and dumbbells for online training.
